Dimplex Opt-myst 20” fireplace

Haven’t installed it yet due to remodeling delays. But I MUST say that “Arnold” at Modern Blaze was very determined to get me the options I needed, and finally succeeded. Kudos to Arnold. Will definitely go to Modern Blaze if future needs.

The flames & crackling were as authentic as you described.

Extremely easy to install. No guilty conscience about contaminating the environment or leaving an ugly footprint. Looking forward to enjoying our previously unusable fireplace all year long. But, we received no user's manual, no instructions for attaining the App, and there was a dent on top which lead us to believe this might have been returned by another customer. Left Modern Blaze a voice message last week. Have not heard back.
