I love it! It works so good I attached it to the ceiling, by asking your technicians because I was a little confused about turning it upside down. But I can’t tell I had a little problem pairing it with the remote control. But once I figured down was up and up was down, they paired perfectly. I love it what a great product. Thank you so much for all your help and your staff is unbelievably helpful from your customer service to your technicians to all your managers. Everybody was so willing to help me and had a lot of patience for all the questions I was asking and they got back to me in really great time and they guided me through everything. Quality

This lift is very well built. There is nothing that is flimsy or cheap. Quite operation as expected. Very easy to mount and install. Wish I could work it with my phone. I expect many years of service from this quality equipment.
