Product arrived on time, no shipping damage. The Napolean installation manual could be better but once the unit is opened and closely reviewed the info comes together. EFP was quick to respond to my questions and did everything a good supplier should do.

Arrived double boxed and safe. Easy install and wiring. We are still building so we havnt moved in yet but it looks and works great

This is the perfect fireplace for a wall dividing two rooms. At the press of a button, it becomes opaque or see through. You can individually control heat in each room. I would also like to add that ElectricFirePlacesPlus went above and beyond to make sure I got the product timely. Definitely recommend this fireplace and ElectricFirePlacesPlus.
