Napoleon Elevation X 36" LCD Virtual Triple Layer Flame Smart Built-In Electric Firebox

After some initial disappointment, we've grown fond of our two new fireplaces after having lived with them for a couple weeks. Visitors seem to like them, too. Recommendations for future models are: (1) allow adjustment of brightness & color temperature of the large projected flame in rear for more intimate settings - or at least make the screen go black when that flame layer is turned off rather than leave it glowing grey like a TV channel with no program, (2) allow more control over the bright red front ember color, and (3) add a volume control to the sound so it can be heard better when installed in a wall with heavy marble around it.
