It took a while to get but was easy to put together. Hubby wired it from the SUV battery that was a little hard . Got pulled over by police they couldn’t see all the plate an expiration date . But didn’t get a ticket just a warning. But alls good can fit in handicap parking now .

just what I needed, but to see license plate you have to lower bottom of carrier but make sure you tie it because it will fall down

Lift was easy to assemble and mount on SUV. Easy to operate. Easy to load and unload scooter on platform. People very envious of ease of operation and ability to tilt unit to open/close rear door of S U V.
