While I love your coffee, I couldn’t give 5 stars. Here’s why: I’ve been an Ember Coffee buyer for a few years. I joined the subscription service thinking it would be nice to just get an email, then go pickup some coffee. Easy! I live close enough to Big Lake so decided to always pickup in the shop instead of having it shipped. Every month has been different, and kind of annoying. Emails not received, coffee not on the shelf waiting when I DO get an email, once someone else took my coffee! Last month I had to ask, again, where my order was. I received the email that it was ready for pickup, got there, no order for me on the shelf. It seems like your system needs some improvements.
