The Real Deal!!!

Objectively, it would be fair to say that I’m obsessed with protein bars/snacks/treats. When I saw an ad for Tide Treats, I did my due diligence (looked at nutrition information, ingredients, and price) and eagerly placed an order. Once received, I immediately indulged in one of each flavor (chocolate, peanut butter, and vanilla) and was astonished with the sensory experience that ensued. The taste, texture, density and appearance of the treats was such that I genuinely thought I was eating something made of crisped rice, butter, and marshmallows. Suffice it to say that the team behind Tide Treats has somehow managed to bridge the gap between ‘healthy compromise’ and ‘guilty indulgence;’ all while not sacrificing the integrity of ingredients. Unlike other market offerings, Tide Treats do not contain any controversial or otherwise offensive ingredients - such that they’d make for a tasty addition to the diet of anyone ranging from a school-age child to a bodybuilder to anyone looking to eat something delicious while being healthy-conscious. Just placed my second order!!

I am a rice krispy conossuier. I even wanted to have my wedding cake be a rice krispy cake. I also am an athlete and try to consume large quantities of protein each day. I was suspicious of these bars because I’ve tried other “rice krispy” protein bars and have been disappointed. However I’m happy to report that these finally checked all the boxes!!! Closest thing I’ve found to a rice krispy treat in the protein industry. Congratulations, you made my new favorite protein bar!

These bars are delicious! They are about as close to a ‘healthy’ crisped rice bar as you can get—my husband and I love the amount of protein in each bar. The chocolate is the best flavor, in my opinion, but honestly they’re all amazing.
