It’s just me, I’m a complicated customer lol! and they made the return process so easy and so wonderful without making me feel bad or stupid or guilty in any way whatsoever, that all I can say is if you want to give them a try rest assured that you will receive the best customer service I have ever received! Exceeded expectations

If you’re needing a sign that you should get a Boring mattress, let this be one of them. I have nothing but positive things to say from my entire experience. I originally ordered a twin for my son and changed my mind for a full. I didn’t want to call because I thought the process was going to be a huge hassle. Let me tell you, nothing has ever been easier. I called and spoke with a friendly gentlemen, who got the replacement ordered, a pickup for the other mattress figured out, and that was that. I wish anything could be as easy as that was. The new mattress is perfect. It took a few days for my son to get used to it and now he sleeps better than ever. I have laid on it many times now and it’s a dream. So good in fact that now my husband and I are getting one for us! Great people, great product. I’m telling all my friends and family.
