Great Service, Mattress Too Soft

I was happy with delivery and ease of pickup. The mattress itself was WAY too soft and hot-sleeping. I learned that I just need to try things in person, a mattress is too personal to buy sight unseen. The return was easy and while I will never buy from them again I appreciate Leesa's service.

Finally found the perfect mattress

After months of researching, we finally found the perfect mattress for our new king bed. My husband and I are sleeping better than ever, and my back pain has eased. Wish we had gotten it sooner! I thought we would want a firmer mattress, but this one has the perfect amount of softness and a gentle cradling feel while still being super supportive. Delivery took a couple days longer than expected, but we purchased during a holiday promo so that was to be expected.

Great Firmness and Breathes Like a Dream

Have been searching for a mattress that is slightly firmer than most name brands and this hit the spot. I also am a warm sleeper and even without the cooling top it keeps me cool.
