These smell and taste floral, and look beautiful in a special glass jar! I add them to my assam tea, and I look forward to making a pistachio rose cookie that I enjoy making with the organic Rose Petal syrup. The rose petals I had from another company had barely any flavor, so I am happy to have these now.
