It's okay. It does what it says it does. It's a genuine tens unit. It does deliver impulses. Result is that my tongue does dart out when stimulated. So it does get exercise. I gave up after a couple weeks of it. I'm not convinced this would meaningfully help my sleep apnea or snoring. My new CPAP does work extremely well though.

I've tried the EXciteOSA which much more expensive but more comfortable to use.
