I am a grinder as much as a snorer, I love the custom fit of this device although my iPhone sleep app still shows some excessive sleep/breathing disturbances. I am going to change my band in the next few nights and I hope to improve it without jaw/Tmj pain… it usually takes just a few days to adjust! Still hoping this is the right tool!!!

I have tried Snore-Rx and Somnofit-S. Both worked well and reduced snoring by 70% according to a snore app I use. BUT Somnofit-s is smalller and has smoother parts. Somnofit-S is much more comfortable to wear. I forget I am wearing it now and sleep very well. A++ for Somnofit-S.

Its taken a couple days to get used to but my app does say im getting better sleep ans i feel it also!
