Worst Customer Service

The seller failed to inform me that if I chose a portrait of a human and dog, the 3D effect that’s desired will be significantly reduced in quality for the human side. In the end, I received a portrait that didn’t have anywhere near the detail portrayed on the company’s site. I asked the seller to redo the portrait minus the human and they refused to do it. I then asked for a refund because the poor quality of the portrait and the portrait is undeliverable as of now, they also refused to give me a refund in this case. This company cares more about making money than providing a quality product and good customer service. It’s truly unfortunate that the company stood behind a subpar product.
