Purestream AquaOne - Automatic Cat Fountain

Save your money and just rinse & refill your current water bowl. 2 tiny magnets holding the 2 water basins together. I’ve dropped this thing EVERY time I’ve brought it from the sink to the floor… yes obviously I should be careful but it’s way too unstable for it to cost this much. The self cleaning mechanics don’t come close to clearing all the dander/hair from the metal tray, which should probably be more conical in shape to clear more thoroughly.

The shipping times are very long and they don’t disclose this. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They immediately shipped out the order and told me to request a return once it arrived. I did this, and they haven’t responded to any email I’ve sent in the last 3 weeks regarding processing a return. They are in violation of their 30-day money back guarantee, so I will be reporting them. Don’t order this!

This product is not high quality as expected for the price. The two tanks are connected with two small magnets and they separate easily if you try to move the fountain when its all twgwther and spills water everywhere. Not very good for the price. Definitely will be returning it.
