Purestream AquaOne - Automatic Cat Fountain

False or misleading advertising!!! The images showing the fountain running while a cat is drinking are not entirely accurate. The only time water comes out of the fountain is when it dispenses water based on the 6, 9, or 12 hour schedule you pick. The water does NOT circulate. It stays stagnant in the pan until it is dumped and refilled. The 30 day, "if your cat won't drink", "no questions asked" return policy is a lie!

I wish I would have read the reviews on SHOP first. The top leaks into the reservoir before my cats can even drink it. So the top sits practically dry with the reseevoir full befoe clean water is released. Definitely disappointing & a true waste of $200. No return email from the company yet either.

The fountain is made porely even with that price. Plastic that holds the water is flimsy and feels like ir can break with the weight of the water. The latch the holds the water in the bowl is faulty. So much so that the company has a link in the pamphlet to email for the fix. The water drains through even with the fix they send in video. The alarm goes off at all times. Costumer service is very slow to respond. I asked for a refubd and to return the product and havent heard back from them. They promise to send a new one if the product is bad. I havent heard back. I do not recommend buying this product. It is expensive and bot made well, has too many problems and does not have quality. Im trying to submit a video but this site one let me.
