Rack-Mounted Lateral Raise and Chest Fly

I’m really impressed with this machine and would absolutely recommend it—it’s well worth the investment. It offers a level of flexibility and consistent resistance that you just don’t get with cables or dumbbells. The design allows for smoother, more controlled movement, which helps you stay focused on proper form throughout each rep.

Good piece of equipment. Range of motion at the top for the chest press is disappointing but other than that, good addition to my setup for the price.
