This is the first time trying these and I do like the sausage but I find the casing to be tough, chewy and the thickness isn't very consistent. When you get to the thinner casing, it's not bad at all but the thicker casing is "no bueno" in my opinion. We will be removing all the casing moving forward before consumption.
