This unique device is a great way to train pronation/supination. The great thing about the barbell pronator is that it takes all of the tension out of the biceps, and places it fully on the pronator teres and supinator muscle. This means you can completely isolate these smaller muscles, without having to worry about your bicep getting fat

Be Prepared to Feel Muscles You Never Knew You Had!
I have had this for a little over a month. I have been weight training since I was 19. I am 70. I have a High Intensity workout to failure (Mentzer) , once every 5 days with an A-B-C-D that overlaps with compound exercises and stands apart with isolation exercises. I use iron grip for finish up on my Shoulder-Arm Day and my Lats-Chest Day. This device has made me sore in muscles I had seen in anatomy/physiology books but never felt actual soreness. Give your self several weeks to learn and work with it, with light weight. There is a mild learning curve to it. I love it and will make it and most all of the Golden Grip devices from here on out.

It's a great idea, 3 exercises in a single machine, but lacks grip for wrist extension/curl
You can do pronation, supination, wrist extension/curl.
But I don't know why they don't advertise it can be used for wrist extension/curl... maybe because there is no grip on the shaft that goes over the barbell, but if you put some grip tape (tennis racket, stuff like that... simple adhesive cotton cloth) you can get it to work pretty nice. Don't need to buy bulky and expensive "forearm station"

The tool I needed 40 years ago
I can't imagine where my progress would be now if this was available years ago. It hits my wrists and forearms like nothing else.
