Vagercise Pelvic Floor Exercise and Education Course

Like group fitness for pelvic floor exercises

I have been to physical therapy for numerous problems, including my pelvic floor, and I absolutely despise doing the exercises by myself at home. They are SO BORING and you have to repeat them for weeks to get better. I like to go to group workout classes and unfortunately I am not good at motivating myself to exercise alone. Vagercise is exactly what I needed because it's kind of like group workout classes! There is someone telling you what to do, counting the reps and you know you are going to be able to finish the workout in 10-15 min. I wish I had something like this every time I have to do PT!
