Used for Metatarsel issue

I had been using an old ball that had been lying around as part of my self treatment. This ball was a better option, especially when the massage and cold compress regime I used helped in my recovery, and the problem eased. There are numerous YouTube videos I looked at and the one attached was one of the couple I would recommend to help others. Not that I am an authority but it helped me.
