Just started wearing them so far not too bad no great relief or change as of yet

I have bunion and hammer toes, with tight muscles under my feet. Since wearing for the past week noticed my feet are flatter on floor my arches seem to be lower pain has decreased. Was a little painful to start but each day has gotten better and I have relief first time in years only early days so see how it goes.
