Order arrived with bent metal - Cannot assemble and Customer Support won't respond

I ordered the Relife Power Tower and it arrived 2 weeks ago. I went to assemble it, but the metal was so bent that I could not bolt the frame into the base. Since then, I've been trying to reach out to Customer Support and have been met with silence. So for now, I paid money for something that I cannot use. No idea if it's a good product or not as I've yet to be able to try it.

Perfect! Exactly as described. Works well in my home without taking up too much space. Phenomenal customer service. I was missing covers on the bars & I contacted customer service. They sent out the missing pieces right away. Would buy from them again!
