Very easy to put together, works exactly as expected. Really works out my core and surprisingly my arms as well.

Are you looking to tighten your abs? Here is the one place you can go to - the Core Glider. I don't think I would say to start with it until you have abs that are showing, but once you have mastered the other easier core machines, this one really will sculpt the fine lines. Check the videos if you don't believe me. A good investment for the core fanatic.
