Harvest Fig Barrel Aged Balsamic

I used this for the first time on some goat cheese with olives and nuts for a spread for my bread and then drizzled the vinegar over it. It gave a nice sweet/tart taste to the spread! Love it

My favorite balsamic

The fig flavor comes through in cold Mediterranean dishes and salads. Our family loves dipping bread in this balsamic along with a variety of infused olive oils. Saving the best part for last, this balsamic drizzled over grilled or pan seared fish, brussel sprouts or mixed vegetables is out of this world!
