This is, by FAR, my family’s favorite infused olive oil product. When we heard from our local kitchen shop that this product may be discontinued (or maybe not carried in their store), we ran to purchase several bottles from the website to bulk up. We love using this when cooking any egg, pasta, dressings, sauces, or chicken dishes. It really shines as the more mellow, but garlic touched cousin to onions. We would be heartbroken to not have this at our elbows when cooking!

I have been using the Shallot Infused Oulive oil for all kinds of food preparation specifically fish. And the result has been great and enhances the flavor of whatever I’m cooking.
