Versatile Addition to Any Pantry

This is a fairly new addition to the Olivelle family, and it certainly earns its place. I drizzle it over pasta dishes, add it to salad dressings, splash it over fresh veggie recipes. It's certainly one I'll will keep in stock, along with the lemon olive oil and balsamic vinegar and the barrel-aged dark balsamic.
