Breville Oracle Jet Espresso Machine

Had great expectations for this product in light of prior experiences with Breville products, but sadly it did not lived up to it. I’ve had this product for several months and during this period of time I’ve been making two espresso every morning. Same coffee, beans with brewing times varying as much as 20 seconds between these two drinks. I reached out to Seattle coffee gear and their only suggestion was to change to a different espresso, coffee, bean from what I was using, which is Starbucks espresso beans.
