Disappointed tag is sewn into top of seat cushion

If I had known the brand label was sewn into the stitching on the top of the seat cushion, I never would have bought these. There’s too much of a risk to try to cut it off. I was very disappointed. Also, the color is much darker than shown on the website.

Decent chair, terrible photo & customer service

The chair is as expected, but the website photo isn't remotely close to actual color of the chair. The chair is a far darker grey the pictured (with a slight brownish tint). I emailed customer service to inquire about a return because I expected a different color and they initially offered me a discount to keep the chair rather than return it. Then after a couple weeks of asking me for more photos and delayed replies, they changed their minds because they discovered that all their chairs in stock are this same dark grey/brownish color.
