Wonderful
Very delicious. A big round of cheese, but once tasted, you will find the means to consume it quickly. Far above the typical Brie cheese in traditional US supermarkets. The rind itself is very delicious and a must to include with each portion spread onto warm baguette or simple water crackers. Melts in your mouth. And, as recommended, good champagne to side with this is a fantastic combination. Our next purchase will attempt to make a traditional baked Brie-style dish with apricot marmalade. Holding this beautiful round of cheese out on the counter for 60 minutes before consuming is a must. There is so much flavor to taste, not present when the round is still chilled.
