Loaded with multiple, delicious flavors. Not at all the typical bland sausage offered by major producers. Very large and plump. They grill fantastically. Not as much fennel flavor as I hoped, but still packed with very delicious flavor. Very worth purchasing. We had a half dozen shipped to the Midwest. Arrived very fresh and perfectly packaged. We will order these again.
