Found it locally then ordered from this site in bulk. Made with red pepper fettuccine. Dang good!!! I’m gonna stop making homemade sauce for a while!!!

Classic with a cheesy twist

A traditional slightly acidic sauce, balanced nicely with a combination of bits of fresh cheese. This being a great time saving option for that slightly rustic meatball or fresh basil topped favorite pasta. Pairs well with rigatoni, bucatini. For a more romantic twist add a bit of good red wine and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Plate up with a drizzle of fine XVO Tuscan olive oil, fresh grated Pecorino Romano and toasted garlic rubbed bread.
