Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner

If I could give 0 stars for the service, I would. Not sure about the product yet (only used it once, but I detect nothing different about my washer) but this is about my experience with customer service. I emailed a week and half after my order. Never heard from them til a month later. By then, I had emailed for a refund. They never answered that one. I ordered this in the middle of April. Its now middle of June and I just got it a couple days ago. They do not care if you are satisfied; they just care about money and do not answer if yoy want a refund. If you value quality customer service, don’t buy this.

The product seems fine, I wouldnt say it worked significantly better or worse than other similat products but no complaints with it. The post-purchase experience is really what knocked off 3 stars. I placed my order on 4/30 paying $4.99 for standrd shipping (3-5 Days). Weeks later my order still had not shipped and on 5/18 I got a shipping delay email. Ultimately I didnt get my order until 6/4 a full 5 weeks after I ordered, after paying for 3-5 day shipping, yikes. Right after I ordered they tried to upsell me via SMS as well, felt pushy abd predatory “text me back in the next 30 minutes” essentially to spend more money when you know you cant ship what I ordered on time.

It took forever to get here. Took forever for them to respond to my email what the delay was. They billed me immediately. If they are going to have delays as lengthy as this one, they should not charge until shipped. Also, I dont know what shipping method they used but it took forever to ship from Florida to Arizona. It wouldnt be so frustrating if their website didn't say 3 to 5 day delivery.
