Mild flavor, mild crunch, big time nutrition, and easy to grow. Alfalfa is historically the best known sprout in the US. Alfalfa produces a deeper green leaf than Clover, but is otherwise very similar.

Sproutpeople seeds sprout so well
The Sproutpeople seeds sprout so well. I've ordered for over a decade and have never had an issue with the quality. I typically sprout using the EasySprouter but have also used mason jars with vented tops and the Stainless Steel Sprouter on a plate. All methods work well and result in delicious sprouts.
