Good backup
A bottle of Hotshot backed me up on a hot, humid race day. Started to cramp ahead of a climb, downed the bottle, and the cramp quickly and completely faded away. Great backup for days when cramping can become an issue.

Cramp be gone

Amazing !!!
My husband bought the Hot Shot for himself as he was suffering from leg cramps. Out of nowhere, I started waking in the middle of the night with cramping in my calves. My husband asked why I wasn’t taking the Hot Shot. The next night when I started cramping, I immediately grabbed one and my cramp subsided immediately. For the next few nights I took one before bed just to prevent them and it worked. I LOVE this product and highly recommend it.
