Honduras Anaerobic, Light Roast Coffee

Another delicious cup of coffee

I love the light and mellow flavors of the Honduras Anaerobic, light roast coffee. So far the only way I have made is in pour over. The light fruity flavors are complimented by the creamy finish this roast has. I am going to have to try making other ways, but this is definitely a winner in flavor and smell from whole bean, to grinding, to brewing.
