Hand-Hammered Deep Titanium Pot

Everything I have purchased from Okura has been more than I expected. Very pleased how Everything performs. I'm very happy and recommend highly.

This is a wonderfully made pot. I use it to make my poached eggs in the morning and once I made a big pot of beans and veggies. Everthing comes out well. I especially appreciate how easy it is to clean this pot. I had a ceramic pot that for some reason or other was corroded by my eggs. Of course, that doesn't happen with titanium. It absorbs the heat from my electric stove well enough that I an use a small burner on a fairly low setting. My only disappointment was it weighs more than I expected. I have to carry it half filled with water from my sink to my stove. I have to be careful when I do that. One other thing. I didn't order a cover. I have a flat stainless steel cover that I could use. Better yet, I have cover from another pot that fit almost perfectly! So I am glad I didn't purchase that cover.

Fantastic pot.... I use it for many types of cooking and it is one of my favorites.
