Very helpful if you suffer with histamine intolerance. Dispenser makes it easy to carry in your bag when you are out and about.

It seems to be helping, Ive nothing to compare it to as it’s the first brand I’ve tried but it seems to help. I started it along with some other supplements including Quercetin and nettle and ginger and resistant starch so it’s hard to say, but I think it helps.
