1/2" beading tool

Tried out my new 1/2" beading tool, but found the width of the cut on either side of the bead was too large. had to grind down the side walls to bring it down to a reasonable thickness. Works great with that slight modification.

Excellent tool for its purpose. I will be ordering a smaller, 3/16” or 1/4” beading tool

C&S 1/2" Beading Tool

This is my 4th beading tool in my collection, the 1st from C&S. So I think I can make a good comparison. The 1st thing you should notice is the packaging and the thought process put into getting their tools shipped w/out damage. 1st class effort. Next after opening the shipping tube and removing the beading tool is the heft and finish of the tool. Not to overuse the term but it is 1st class. Finally putting the beading tool to a piece of walnut bowl that I was working on you understand why C&S have such a good reputation. Their beading tool cut the walnut smooth as glass right out of the box. I never honed or touch the tool, it just cut cleanly. This is my 5th C&S tool and all I can say is you won't go wrong buying any of their products. Mike Hamilton
