Love it. Use it daily. Easy to use, trying different settings. Recommended to friends who love cold brew. Would buy again. No more expensive drive thru or extra pitchers taking room in the refrigerator, just make it fresh.

I first heard about the Brezi Cold from a well-known coffee influencer, who described how delicious and different the coffee tastes compared to traditional brewing methods. That got me interested, but I honestly didn’t expect it to taste this good. I was genuinely impressed by how delicious and unique the result was.

Treat yourself to the Bre:zi if you are a cold brew fan. Effortless workflow, cold brew in minutes, and personal flavor profiling options.
Cold brew is such an interesting animal. I drink it most of the time. I have used too many different cold brew brewers to count. The volume of coffee needed and the workflow just gets me down, so I usually just pay extra for the convenience of buying ready to drink cold brew at the store. I have even tried several electric coffee makers reported to make cold brew. Now there is Bre:zi…
Bre:zI is not an inexpensive machine, to be sure. And, I was a bit skeptical. I don’t understand the engineering, but I’m sold.
The work flow is so easy; 16 grams of coffee (or whatever Bre:zi itself suggests by mode), fresh clean water, 11 minutes for a regular brew.
Regular Mode: In regular mode, you get coffee ready to drink or to go over ice in about 11 minutes. Rather than $6-9 for a cafe option I can completely control the flavor profiles I desire most in the cup.
Concentrate Mode: I have used the concentrate mode. A shorter brew suitable for milk. Though it’s not a feature I will use often, I do want to play around with drink volume.
Kissaten Slow-Drip (traditional Japanese coffee house method I know as Kyoto-Style Slow Drip):
WOW! A slow drip this morning gave an incredibly different flavor profile from the “regular” brew. Bolder. Slightly less acidic. Enhanced flavors with more flavor notes. Yes, it took 47 minutes, but not 12 hours. I had thought I wouldn’t use this option often, but I will definitely be using it far more than anticipated!
Tea Mode: The tea mode also requires a bit longer brew time that the regular mode, but it brews tea with the same hot bloom, then cold brew. I would say it’s very well positioned for delicate teas, but can brew any favorite.
