They were responsive, genuinely cared about my experience, and made sure I was completely satisfied. When my replacement package arrived, I was immediately impressed. Every item was packed with exceptional care and arrived in pristine condition. It was clear they took the time to ensure everything was perfect. Most importantly, I was finally able to fully enjoy their magnificent cold brew. The quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail—from the product itself to the way they care for their customers—is truly exceptional. Excellent tasting coffee. I tried both varieties. The coffee took over a week to ship and the cans were packed without any packing material so every can was dented. Not a big deal, none were leaking but at some point one is going to bust.

After trying both, I would say the value is not there at an 8 1/2 ounce can for the price and the other ones out there on the market like Death Wish that are better and better Value.
