I actually really enjoyed this as an espresso with milk

Funky, but not too much - so every sip is really enjoyable.

Was not freshly roasted, the day it was shipped it was already over a week old roast. I do understand resting needed, but I would expect fresh roast to be sent, especially when order included Geisha coffee and it was TWO week old roast on the shipping day.
