Really makes a huge difference

I've been used mineral packets in my water pre-brew for years but never really gave any thought to how much difference it made in the result. I was skeptical that I'd even be able to tell that I'd used the drops. I was wrong. It has opened up a whole new world of dialing in the flavors for my brews. These have helped me taste things in the coffee that I never have before. Very nice addition to my setup!

First time user here

I’ve been a pourover home barista for a few years now, and while I know how important water is for coffee, I always wondered just how much of a difference designing your own water could actually make. As soon as I got my APAX, I brewed a cup using my standard recipe. The initial brew was a bit on the acidic side, so I tried adding just 3 drops of JAMM. The result was amazing. Exactly as promised, the coffee turned noticeably sweeter and the texture changed. I'm really excited to keep experimenting with it
