I’ve been a pourover home barista for a few years now, and while I know how important water is for coffee, I always wondered just how much of a difference designing your own water could actually make. As soon as I got my APAX, I brewed a cup using my standard recipe. The initial brew was a bit on the acidic side, so I tried adding just 3 drops of JAMM. The result was amazing.
