Patagonian Smoked Salmon with Lemon, Dill and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I love - love - loved the first can I just enjoyed of this version of smoked salmon that Cole's has placed on the market! The flavors are so nuanced and perfectly balanced. Not too much lemon, just enough dill. If you think you just might like it - do yourself a favor, please don't pass up on this one!

I really like these cans and the combination of the salmon with the lemon, dill and olive oil. Ilike that it is not thick with olive oil, but a much lighter consistency of the liquid. This is great for my lunch.
