Chili Mango Fire | Single Bag

First and foremost, the snacks are great! Not complaining about the flavor. Customer service, however, is disappointing. I had ordered 10 bags of the chili mango fire shameless snacks because they were posted on the website. When my package arrived. It was 10 bags of the sour mango. That's not what I ordered. What I inquired and requested a refund, they told me that that flavor was out of stock and would never be stocked again, so they gave me the next closest flavor. That's like saying I want to wear a pair of pants, but I don't have any. So the closest thing to Pat's is a ball gown. I wrote back and suggested they take that flavor off of their website since they're no longer stocking it. They replied and told me to try the flavor. I had requested my money back, they still have yet to do that. I'm happy to ship these back to them since it's not what I ordered, and they don't seem to want to resolve the issue. Again, great snacks, really bad customer service.
