BOLD TASTE, BUT KIND ON VEGGIES
I don't use this oil for cooking. I find it works best for me on steamed broccoli and string beans. While it has less polyphenols than some of the other more "peppery cold EVO's out there, it's bright and milder flavor brings my veggies alive.
