Fiber Gummies

So far, so good

These are tasty and easy to chew. I'm only about 2 weeks in but so far I think they're helping move things along. I got 3 months worth so we shall see what happens. Based on my brief experience so far, though, I would buy more.

Half way through my first bottle

I’m half way through my first bottle of physician’s choice fiber gummies as I just started my trizipitide journey which slows the digestive process. I feel they have helped things keep moving but I keep in mind they are only 5g of fiber so I have to supplement with other fiber sources.
