Blue Carbon Steel Egg & Pancake Pan

I like it, but you should know that its sole purpose is to fry one egg at a time, or one pancake. I do like how it containes the shape of the egg so that it can’t spread out. Since its use is limited, it’s somewhat of a luxury.

Its the perfect tool for making a good old fashioned fried egg sandwich. Being De Buyer, it seasoned up beautifully and was instantly non stick
