What a Great PLACE to buy and Chat

What a great place to connect with our roots from Argentina and also buy products we can finally use to make our favorite dishes, like matambre, morcilla, and more. We loved it. Everyone there was such a pleasure to work with. My whole family talked for hours right after we left. We will definitely be back soon!

This cut is/was amazing. It's possible that it works best with argentianian/uruguayan/brazilian style grills, unsure how it would fare on a gas grill; small coal grills would probably be ok. The cut is thin, much thinner than cow matambre/flank. The cut, layed out flat, will cook rather rapidly and reach a delicious crisp on both sides; I ensure this is the first thing to come out as an appetizer for me and guests. It's slightly fatty and it is great when served with a bit of fresh lime juice over the top, which helps 'cut' the fattiness.
