We had an outstanding experience with 7th Avenue from start to finish. The quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations, and our new couch is not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to the delivery team, Aaron and Rigo. They were professional, courteous, and handled everything with great care. They arrived on time, set everything up perfectly, and made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it before leaving. Excellent customer service, exceptional quality, and a seamless delivery experience. Beautiful Once Built, but Assembly Takes Work

I like the texture and overall look, and it’s nice that I can spot clean it easily. However, putting it together was harder than expected. Putting the covers on the pillows and seat cushions were actually pretty easy. The difficult part was the arm and back pieces. The sleeves were extremely tight to put on and required a lot of effort during assembly. The zippers also don’t feel like the best quality, and one of them actually arrived broken. I will say their customer service was helpful and they replaced it for free. I also think the design could be improved. It would be easier if there were hooks instead of having to twist the modular pieces into place. There was one instance where the screw would not align properly, which made assembly frustrating. You also have to be very careful when putting the covers on, otherwise it becomes difficult to line up the screws correctly. Once assembled it looks nice, but the setup process and hardware quality could definitely be improved.

Premium, showroom-quality feel!

Super happy with my 7th Avenue sectional! The pearl grey color looks beautiful and gives the sofa a very high-end, showroom-quality feel - it really makes a statement in the living room. Also, it keeps a clean look consistently, since dust and lint are easy to remove. Delivery was on time. Assembly was also pretty straightforward thanks to the instructions (though it does take a bit of time to put everything together).
