The Best Sectional Sofa!

I am in love with this sectional sofa! We ordered a custom olive green velvet sectional for our cozy ski condo in Park City, Utah and could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. The quality and inventiveness of the product and how it arrives is incredible. We chose velvet for the comfort but also the peak durability for a ski condo that will also be rented out. We LOVE the olive green velvet! We are so happy with the style, comfort, aesthetic of this sofa we are planning to replace with another in our primary residence family room soon. This sofa and company will definitely not disappoint! The customer service and local install team (shout out to Eder in Utah) were incredibly reliable and responsive and our sofa was put together within 24 hours of install request. I would definitely recommend paying for install especially if you have a more complex design (mix of classic, deep, deep/slim and/or styles). While they have instructions and videos that can assist this can take several hours if you have a large piece. The installers are pros and get this done quick and efficiently -- worth every penny!

Beautiful and Family-Friendly Couch, But Significant Structural Issues After 2 Years – Disappointing for a $6,000 Investment

We purchased this 7 Seat Corner Lounger Classic sectional couch in early 2024 at a list price of $6,300, drawn to its clean, modern design and the highly praised performance fabric with stain and spill protection. On the positive side, the fabric has truly lived up to the hype—we have young kids and pets, and spills wipe right off without a trace. The overall look and comfort of the seating are excellent, and the modular simplicity makes it easy to configure. That said, after two years of normal household use, we are very disappointed with the structural integrity, especially given the premium price point. The primary issue stems from the original shipment including brackets with incorrectly spaced mounting holes (the holes were too close together). This created excessive tension on the threaded inserts during assembly and over time caused multiple inserts to strip out completely. Now, even when all bolts are fully tightened, there is noticeable excessive play and movement in the armrest sections of the corner pieces, and some sections visibly separate during everyday use. This makes the couch feel unstable and far less solid than when it was new. Maybe a more robust threaded inlay part is necessary. In hindsight, we also wish we had opted for the "Extra-Deep" version of this model for a bit more seating depth and comfort during longer lounging sessions. While we love the aesthetics and fabric performance, the ongoing structural problems have significantly impacted our satisfaction with this purchase. For a couch at this price, we expected much better longevity and build quality. I’ve been in contact with customer service about the original bracket defect and subsequent damage, and awaiting their feedback. I hope the company stands behind their product with a more comprehensive resolution. Overall, it’s a stylish piece with great fabric, but the durability concerns make it hard to recommend wholeheartedly at this price.
