The sofa is ok, not worth the price tag

There are too many gaps in the sofa when you’re laying down cold air come in between the gaps. I would rather the pieces for closer together. The latches that you screw in to keep each seat together were mostly all too short so I couldn’t use them. In my opinion the back of the couch looks awful with all the sectional not fitting as seamlessly together as I expected. It’s just too many gaps all over. The soda cover is soft but the cushions are on the hard side for sure they are like an extra firm mattress. It’s uncomfortable for just regular sitting if you don’t want to sit all the way back you have to no back support unless you sit all the way back every time you use it. The covers were not easy to put on the sofa and I still don’t think it fits correctly. The ease of cleaning is great I have a toddler and he has made a few messes already and each one cleaned nicely. If I had a showroom near me where I could have gone in to see and sit on this sofa before hand I would not have purchased it. It’s a nice sofa but definitely NOT worth the price tag at all. Especially with the all the gaps and the way the covers fit. I thought I’d returning a few times but that would have been a lot of work taking it apart and all that. Again it’s NOT worth the price tag!

Nice and easy to assemble

The couch is nice and easy to assemble; well packaged, but it took a long time to unbox. It was easier to assemble with two people. I ordered the jet black eight seater- it is enormous and very black ( I did not realize how much light the black couch would soak up). The covers are very fitted, not too hard to dress the cushions (like putting a pillow in a pillow case). I was missing a hand screw, and customer service mailed me one, no questions asked. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. It gets four stars because some of the ottoman covers don't fit perfectly and require some adjustments, so you don't see the base's corners. Pillows make up the seat backs, they are heavy and just a little too oversized IMO. It needs constant adjusting so the couch looks put together and not sloppy. With that said, I'd probably buy it again.

Great couch!

The quality and look of the couch is amazing! I’m not a huge fan of the dips in between the cushions and my dogs dirty paws are constantly visible and don’t quite clean completely off as easily as a drink spill so that is my only big issue but other than that it is a great purchase and seems very long lasting.
